Description
A stunning set of six dining chairs by G Plan furniture. Each chair features a beautiful stylized teak frame, with an elegant railed back rest with four afromosia wood supports within the centre with gently arched top rails, each chair has fabulous tapered front legs and sabre back legs. The chairs have their original caramel-coloured leatherette that compliments the teak frames superbly well. The chairs have been crafted by G Plan Furniture and designed by Leslie Dandy with the chairs having the red G Plan logo and one of the chairs having the original E Gomme delivery sticker. This set is a wonderful example of vintage and mid-century furniture with a super look and design that would suit any home or environment.
The chairs are in great structural condition for their age with just the odd scratch or bruise as expected for a pre-loved piece with history. The leatherette upholstery does show signs of wear with some cracking and degrading, particularly to the front and back of the seat pads. Please zoom in on the images for a good representation of this ageing. We are willing and able to reupholster these for an additional cost.
