A classically stylish, modular piece from the ‘Windsor’ Range. The 455 Sideboard is one of the most iconic and sought after of all Ercol cabinets and in this compilation it is topped with a pair of glazed display cabinets . The design features a solid, light coloured wood carcass on castors with two doors flanking three central drawers. The shape has a slightly convex profile and features the typical Ercol oval handles which twist to hold the doors securely closed. On top of the base structure sits two glass fronted cabinets with removable central shelves and a cuboid open storage unit. The shelves throughout the piece are all adjustable. There is an original wooden cutlery drawer inside the first main drawer of the sideboard.
The display cabinets and central section are designed so that they can be separated from the sideboard base and both glass cabinets have lights which require a simple reconnection after installation.
